They provided product knowledge and had visual aids in their showroom in Jamestown. I live in Wilkes County and the distance was not a problem with getting the help I needed. Installation went smooth and once I ordered, the blinds and shutters were installed and up in less than a month’s time. My satisfaction is beyond thrilled.

Window works helped me with technical problem when no one else would! I didn’t buy shades from them but Margaret went above and beyond to help me out.
